Country Soul will gladly refund your credit card or exchange any item that meets the following criteria:
- A Return or Exchange for online sales only, must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returns are allowed after 14 days for a store credit for online sales only. No returns are allowed after 30 days.
- Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn)
- All items are to be returned in the original packaging.
- Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser unless items are defective in which case it will either be exchanged or refunded at our discretion and no shipping fee's apply. Product suppliers will have final say on defective products in which case we will ship back to them.
- All sales are Final on sale merchandise.
- Special orders are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee
- All refunds per manager's discretion.
- When returning or exchanging a product, please include your receipt, contact information and a short note explaining the reason for the return/exchange.

You may use the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to insure successful delivery.
International Orders
- Refund – an international order may be returned for a refund. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchanges – We are not able to provide exchanges for international orders at this time. The original order can be returned for a refund. To receive the replacement item, please create a new order online.
